Transformed Consulting was established in June 2024 to bring decades of hands-on experience to orgnasations that need senior-level capability without the overhead of a full-time role.

With more than 33 years of experience working inside organisations, I bring a rare combination of operational, financial, and people-centred expertise. I have led and supported system implementations, process redesigns, and business improvements across organisations with 15 to 300 employees and up to $40 million in turnover, particularly in Not-for-Profit and other SMEs environments.
I am often brought in when things feel messy, unclear, or overwhelming—when systems haven’t kept pace with growth, processes are inconsistent, or financial records no longer inspire confidence. My role is to untangle complexity, restore structure, and put sustainable foundations in place that genuinely support how the business operates.
